Mute Sports manufactures The Adaptive Seated Split Ropes in our shop in North Georgia. The MUTE BULL Split Ropes version weighs about 8 ounces per side plus 4 ounces for the handle. It is our most popular! PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE Split Ropes COME WITH GRIP ASSIST! Grip Assist is for those who have limited grip. It is an adjustable Velcro strap. MUTE Split Ropes are a seated version of a jump rope. These adaptive jump ropes are for anyone! You will receive one PAIR of ropes as pictured. The Bull Version is an orange rope. MUTE Split Ropes will give you similar benefits to jumping rope such as work your cardiovascular system, shoulders, grip, forearm, and core. It is also a great tool for balance, coordination, and stability. It is a great warm up tool as well! They need to hit the ground as to feel the resistance which causes the engagement of the core muscles and to maintain stability.
